Texas Style Dry Rub

This is a great Texas style Dry Rub. Works with pork and beef.

  • 5 tablespoons paprika
  • 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Keep in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 3 months.
